As of May 25, 2018, all companies and organisations that maintain and process personal data of European citizens must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
ERPsoftware.eu makes every possible effort to guarantee your privacy. In this document, we provide you with information about the steps we have taken to comply with the GDPR. If you have any questions or comments as a result of this, please contact us via dpo@softwareinformatie.nl or +31 (0)299-200310.
We would like to clarify what is meant by “personal data“. This is data that can be linked to or identify an individual.
This includes: name, telephone number, email address, etc. General company information does not fall under this heading unless you are a sole trader/freelancer.
As part of data minimisation, ERPsoftware.eu only collects, stores and processes personal data if this is necessary to carry out our services. ERPsoftware.eu only collects personal data that is publicly available or that you have provided to us yourself.
ERPsoftware.eu never shares your data with third parties without your explicit permission. After you have instructed us to put you in touch with software suppliers, we will send you an email describing exactly how the process works and how your data will be used.
In this email we restate the fact that you have granted us permission to share your data with third parties. Should you object to this, we explain how you can contact us to reverse this. We will then immediately stop sharing your data and indicate that the data already provided may no longer be used and must be removed.
ERPsoftware.eu has appointed a data protection officer to handle questions, requests and complaints regarding privacy. This Data Protection Officer (DPO) makes every effort to respond to your privacy-related questions and requests as quickly, clearly and completely as possible. The DPO can be reached via email address: dpo@softwareinformatie.nl or +31 (0)299-200310.
The internal processes at ERPsoftware.eu are designed in such a way that employees only have ‘need-to-know’ basic access to personal data. This means that personal data is only available to employees when it is necessary to carry out their work.
ERPsoftware.eu has made agreements with the software suppliers about the way in which they use your personal data. The software suppliers have declared that they are in compliance with the regulations in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This also applies to parties that provide services to ERPsoftware.eu.
You have the right to access your personal data. ERPsoftware.eu will, upon request, provide you with a clear overview of the personal data that has been processed. You also have the right to access information about the way ERPsoftware.eu processes this data. Upon request, we will gladly inform you about how your data has been processed.
You can receive a copy of the data available from us. This includes the purpose of the processing, with whom the data was shared and how the data was obtained.
You also have the right to request ERPsoftware.eu to delete or correct your personal data. Personal data is renewed by default within 18 months and otherwise deleted.
You have the option to transfer your personal data to other parties. This also applies to anonymised data that can still be traced back to an individual. ERPsoftware.eu provides this information, upon request, in a structured and commonly used electronic open standard.
